Jonathan D. Leahey, J.D.

President, Leahey Consulting Group, LLC.

Mr. Leahey has delivered a wide array of consulting services to several companies engaged in sustainable continuous improvement initiatives. He is the current President of Leahey Consulting Group and Vertiporte Sustainability Partners.

Mr. Leahey’s experience includes large-scale sustainable deployment work with numerous Fortune 500 companies worldwide. His most recent client experience includes Siemens, Trane, Samsung SDI, Cintas, Sears & Roebuck Co., Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, Sunflower Marketing Group, Rexam PLC, Samsung Austin Semiconductor, Allstate Insurance, ING Financial and a host of other business consortiums.

A member of the American Society for Quality, Mr. Leahey has spoken and presented papers on topics ranging from sustainable green strategies and risk analysis to the transition of the Six Sigma methodology to transactional business environments.

Mr. Leahey holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa and has been a faculty member of the Baker University MBA program. Mr. Leahey has been involved in the Six Sigma movement since its inception at the General Electric Corporation, where he led a multitude of projects as a Master Black Belt for GE Capital. In 1996, Mr. Leahey canvassed several GE businesses throughout the entire enterprise to lead a broad array of continuos improvement projects.

Prior to starting his consulting practice, Mr. Leahey offered his services on a contract basis for SBTI while managing the law firm of Crane & Leahey, LLC. In addition to servicing his own clients, Mr. Leahey serves as counsel to Celerant Consulting based in Boston and London and Uniworld Consulting, based in Dallas and Hong Kong.
