WHY WE'RE THE BEST IN AN ARMY OF CLONES

Six Sigma was born out of manufacturing, but the methodology has expanded across all aspects of industry. We solemnly promise to appropriate the people with the experience needed to match your business personality. We'll never send a "factory rat" to lead a transactional initiative. Likewise, we won't send a novice with the ink still drying on their MBA to train your industrial engineers.

Leahey Consulting Group provides all levels of Six Sigma training and support to large and small organizations. Our Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt and simpler Variation Reduction courses are unparalleled within the consultancy arena. Each program is customized to make the most of your budget, resources and time.

Our focus is dedicated to the operational success of your implementation plans. As well, we know that momentum after training requires follow-through. That’s why we offer web-based refresher courses after our instruction is complete, free of charge.

No doubt, Lean and Six Sigma present the best foundational approach for any large-scale continuous improvement effort. However, we aren't above relabeling the methodologies to fit corporate cultures uncomfortable with traditional nomenclature. While the names might change, our experience has shown recognition should be given to the origin of the toolsets used for your variation reduction efforts. If any participants have been exposed to the techniques in the past, they won't be fooled. This is true, especially if you plan to employ PDCA, DMAIC or DFSS to stage initiatives and projects.

If you don’t need to start a program from scratch, we can assist in augmenting your existing continuous improvement effort. We’ll find a “sweet spot” to address gaps in an existing model. Bringing an adequate degree of complexity in collecting and analyzing data doesn't mean one has to go overboard training everyone to be a technician. Too many "zombie robots" are crippling industry with analysis paralysis.
