Jon is an adventurous and creative consultant. He helped re-deploy a Six Sigma program by conducting training and developing the material. I worked with Jonathon when he was a Six Sigma consultant to Ingersoll Rand. I had the pleasure of co-teaching a class with him at IR in 2006. While I already knew the Six Sigma material well, Jonathon taught me a lot about how to effectively deliver the material in a way which would hold the attention of a class and truly engage them in what could otherwise be some pretty dry topics. He is the best instructor I have ever seen and I still use many of the techniques I learned from him 3 years ago in my classes today.
